We only have one Havanese momma, so you don’t see this breed very often on my website. This great hybrid is the combination of a Mini Poodle and a Havanese. This dog makes a great pet for small families and grows in popularity by the day. The Havadoodles have a rolling gait when they walk which gives them the unique strut. The Havadoodle is a very intelligent dog and can be trained to do a wide variety of tasks and tricks. Both the Havanese and Poodle are known to be friendly and when combined you get a very smart friendly loveable house pet.

 

The best of two breeds:

1. Havanese – Very people oriented dogs, love snuggling in laps and yet can be independent. They love companionship and are peaceful and gentle with everyone they know (humans and other pets).

2. Mini Poodle – Hypoallergenic/non-shedding, notorious for their intelligence (super smart for training) and ease of training, fun loving, and family dog with sense of silliness!

 

Havadoodles (aka havapoo or poovanese) will weigh between 7-15 pounds and will stand 9-12 inches tall. These dogs are known to live 10-14 years.
